Prof Anurag Khare

Prof. Anurag Khare brings together around 27 years of industry and academic experience. Before transitioning to academia, he built a distinguished career in Sales and Marketing across the FMCG and IT sectors, managing large teams, handling key client relationships, and leading business development and customer engagement initiatives. His extensive corporate experience and strong industry network enable him to bridge the gap between classroom learning and real-world business practice.

As a management academic, he has taught a wide range of undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Marketing, Digital Business, Branding, Human Resource Analytics, and Consulting. His academic interests lie at the intersection of Artificial Intelligence, Digital Marketing, Consumer Behaviour, and Business Strategy. He is actively involved in curriculum design, outcome-based education, and the integration of experiential learning, case studies, simulations, and emerging technologies into management education.

His research focuses on AI-driven Content Marketing and Consumer Perception, and he is committed to developing industry-ready professionals with strong analytical, leadership, and ethical decision-making capabilities.

Beyond academics, Prof. Khare is passionate about writing on leadership, spirituality, and human values, reflecting his belief that management education should nurture not only competent managers but also responsible and purpose-driven leaders.
