Prof. Nitya Khurana

Prof. Nitya Khurana is a management educator and researcher with a well-rounded blend of academic, research, and industry experience.

She holds a Ph.D. in Management from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University and is UGC-NET-JRF qualified professional. She completed her MBA from the Institute of Technology & Management (now The NorthCap University), reflecting a longstanding academic association with the institution, and holds a B.A. (Hons.) in Business Economics from the University of Delhi.

Her academic interests span Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour, Talent Management, Employee Engagement, Training and Development, Leadership, and Competency Development, alongside contemporary management practices. Her research explores emerging issues in organizational and people management, with publications in peer-reviewed and Scopus-indexed journals, as well as contributions to books and academic conferences of national and international repute.

Drawing on prior corporate experience and extensive teaching exposure, Prof. Khurana brings an industry-oriented, experiential approach to management education — with a strong focus on nurturing critical thinking, professional competencies, and practical business acumen among students.
