Prof. Atul Chandra Jha

Mr. Atul Chandra Jha, a seasoned HR leader who transitioned into academics after over 28 years of distinguished experience across the Petrochemical, FMCG, Pharmaceutical, and Alco-Bev industries. He most recently served as Head of Human Resources at Brillon Consumer Products Pvt. Ltd. (SC Johnson) and has held leadership roles at reputed multinationals including Diageo, Reckitt Benckiser, Cadbury, and Coca-Cola.

Mr. Jha after his Postgraduate from XISS began his HR journey with Indian Petrochemicals Corporation Ltd. (Reliance) in 1996 and brings into academics his deep expertise in employee relations, compliance, talent management, change management, manpower planning and organizational restructuring.
