Viswanath Pingali is a faculty in the economics area at IIM Ahmedabad. He teaches courses on Microeconomics, Game Theory, and Firms and Markets at the institute. His research interests include Game Theory, Behavioural Economics, Digital Markets and Healthcare. He has published in various international journals such as – IJIO, Economic Modelling, Applied Economics Letters amongst others.
Viswanath holds a M.S, Quantitative Economics from ISI Calcutta, M. A. Economics from Northwestern University, and a Ph. D in Economics from Northwestern University.
